O workshop começou com vários energizers para que os participantes se conhecessem melhor uns aos outros e ficassem de boa energia antes de iniciarem as atividades. Posteriormente, as atividades do workshop começaram como planeado. Isto permitiu a transferência de conhecimentos teóricos e práticos de acordo com as competências-chave intrínsecas do projeto “Heritage YOUth Perspective”. 

Antes de encerrar o workshop, foi feita uma avaliação não formal, através de uma discussão orientada para resumir o processo de aprendizagem. O feedback global dos participantes foi positivo. Por último, mas não menos importante, como reconhecimento formal da sua participação no workshop, todos os trabalhadores juvenis receberam um certificado de participação assinado pelos facilitadores.

On 25th of May 2022, a total number of 25 youth workers with different educational and social backgrounds, have benefited from the national workshop focused on promoting the importance of arts and crafts as part of intangible cultural heritage. The workshop started with several energizers to get participants know each other better and get in a positive mood before starting the activities. Afterwards, the workshop’s activities started as planned. This allowed the transfer of theoretical and practical knowledge in line with the required key competencies of the Erasmus+ project “Heritage YOUth Perspective. 

Before closing the workshop, a non-formal evaluation of the workshop was done, through a guided discussion to summarize the learning process. The overall feedback of the participants was positive. Last but not least, as a formal recognition of their participation in the workshop, all youth workers received a certificate of participation signed by the facilitators.
