O intercâmbio de jovens na Noruega sobre Nature and Mental Health já começou. Os participantes estão a ter workshops sobre como expandir a sua zona de conforto, muito contacto com a natureza e com diversas culturas pois são 60 participantes de países como Egito, Espanha, Itália, Noruega, Letónia, Ucrânia, Polónia, Roménia e Alemanha.
No dia 2, Portugal apresentou o seu país com uma apresentação genial e um jogo divertido, assim como a presença de vinho do porto e do licor beirão não podiam faltar. Os participantes também puderam provar alheira, chouriço, flocos de neve, línguas de gato e broa de avintes.
O projeto do qual fiz parte na Noruega, foi uma experiência única. Já tinha estado noutros, mas nenhum como este. Além de comprido (12 dias), os países parceiros eram 10, somando um total de 60 participantes. Foi um verdadeiro campo de férias. Aprendi a distinguir bagas e cogumelos comestíveis, de não comestíveis, como os apanhar ou até mesmo fazer caminhadas intuitivas no meio da floresta. Foi sem dúvida uma experiência enriquecedora onde conheci pessoas inesquecíveis.

The youth exchange in Norway on Nature and Mental Health has already started. The participants are having workshops on how to expand their comfort zone, a lot of contact with nature and different cultures as there are 60 participants from countries like Egypt, Spain, Italy, Norway, Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania and Germany.
On day 2, Portugal presented its country with a brilliant presentation and a fun game, as well as the presence of port wine and liqueur beirão could not be missing. The participants were also able to taste alheira, chouriço, flocos de neve, línguas de gato and broa de avintes.
The project I was part of in Norway, was a unique experience. I had been to others, but none like this one. Besides being long (12 days), the partner countries were 10, adding up to a total of 60 participants. It was a real summer camp. I learned how to distinguish edible berries and mushrooms from non-edible ones, how to pick them or even make intuitive hikes in the middle of the forest. It was undoubtedly an enriching experience where I met unforgettable people.
