“New Technologies for Youth Employment is an opportunity for young people to learn, This project was necessary to provide instruments that allow maintaining the history of each municipality and growing in multiculturalism, growing links between people from different countries participating in the project. Energizing and promoting these activities is essential to enhance the growth, knowledge and skills for professional growth of younger generations.

In this way, Techworking arises from the need to combat youth unemployment and rural depopulation in Europe.

Furthermore, as participants came from different countries across Europe, diversity and multiculturalism was promoted during the exchange, which added value to the project. “

Graças a este curso de formação preparado pela organização “Impress”, em Samobor, Croácia, conseguimos reforçar as nossas capacidades pessoais e profissionais em termos de inteligência emocional e liderança.

A realização que tivemos, para além do aumento humano através de interacções com novas pessoas e organizações, foi a de compreender como os programas internacionais no âmbito do Erasmus+ são capazes de nos ajudar a melhorar o nosso capital social e em que consiste este capital.

Thanks to this training course prepared by the organisation “Impress” in Samobor, Croatia, we were able to strengthen our personal and professional skills in terms of emotional intelligence and leadership.
The realisation we had, apart from human enhancement through interactions with new people and organisations, was to understand how international programmes under Erasmus+ are able to help us improve our social capital and what this capital consists of.
