  • Explorar e aprofundar o tema do trabalho digital juvenil, cidadania digital, métodos novos relacionadas com as políticas europeias de transição digital (DIGCOMP /DIGCOMPEDU);
  • Discutir sobre facilitação na formação em linha, actividades assíncronas e aprendizagem virtual interactiva através da utilização de plataformas digitais;
  • Fornecer soluções e criar recomendações para vários actores/intervenientes no fenómeno da Divisão Digital;
  • Partilhar dados e estatísticas sobre a transição digital na Europa e trocar boas práticas sobre ferramentas digitais, novas metodologias e misturas de trabalho digital juvenil e métodos clássicos a nível local e internacional;
  • Aumentar as competências das organizações envolvidas no projecto e da sua rede relativamente aos seus grupos-alvo, melhorando a qualidade das actividades;
  • Criar um kit de ferramentas com exemplos de actividades tradicionais e digitais para técnicos de juventude, um conjunto de ferramentas incluindo uma explicação de software, programas, plataformas e outros novos métodos e disponibilizá-lo aos técnicos de juventude e organizações de juventude que trabalham no campo da educação de jovens;

Thus Miguel Barros shares a testimony of what he experienced in Cagliari: “The “Swipe Up” project proved to be a productive experience. Thus, during the seminar we had the opportunity to share and build digital tools that will be useful for our work in developing youth activities with our community and our projects. Thus the sharing provided by excellent youth workers who were part of the project, helped us to be better professionals and thus strengthen our ability to attract young people through digital tools. At the same time we had the opportunity to strengthen our network and also participate in a local activity that served to interact with the local community.”
